Samsung LCD TV Problem!

I've been experiencing this problem in the past few days. My Samsung TV screen flickers quite a bit then the screen goes black. There is still sound and the TV is still on but the screen is just black/blank. I turn the TV off and on and the same thing happens again shortly. I've tried switching HDMI cables, plugging it into a different power source/adapter and adjusted the backlight settings to low but still the problem persist. I use my TV mainly for PS3 gaming and it was bought back in early 2011.

I read online that a lot of people have experienced this flickering/strobe light problem with many Samsung TVs and most of them have said the easy fix is to cut the jumper on the power board. However, their models are different and as such, the power board layout is different as well. So, I don't even know where the jumper is to cut. An example of the problem and quick fix can be seen in the video below.

Hoping someone here can help me out with this. My model is a Samsung LA32C530F1M 32" LCD TV. Any help would be much appreciated.
