it happen after my 1st upgrade

Proc : i5-760
Mobo : ECS H55H-M
GPU : GTX460 ---> Gigabyte HD7850 OC
PSU : Gigabyte PoweRock 500W

at first i though mobo imba with gpu so for 2nd upgrade

Proc : i5-760 ---> i5-3570
Mobo : ECS H55H-M ---> Asus P8H77M-LE
GPU : Gigabyte HD7850 OC
PSU : Gigabyte PoweRock 500W

its always crash when im playing mid graphic game such as FIFA12, Dota2.
I try play in low resolution but still the same, keep crashing.

*note : gpu driver is the latest.
Help me Sifus.

i want to upgrade proc and mobo future gaming. need advice
my budget limited up to rm1.5k

Proc : i5-760 --------> i5-3470
Mobo : ECS H55H-M --------> asus P8Z77-V PRO/ P8Z77-V DELUXE
GPU : Gigabyte HD7850 OC --------> plan to crossfire
PSU : PoweRock 500W --------> is it enough already?

PSU 500W cant handle HD7850 OC?
