NEED HELP! ASUS P8Z68-V-LX DRAM LED

Intel core i7 2600k 3.4Ghz 8MB Cache
Asus P8Z68-V-LX Intel Z68 chipset
Asus ENGTX560 1GB D5 256BIT DCUII OC
Cooler Master 460W Extreme Power
Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G x 2 - 8GB RAM

My PC won't boot up. The DRAM LED light was solid red. I have tried insert the memory in different slot.
2nd slot (start from processor fan side), when I insert only one memory into 2nd slot, it works fine. But when i insert two memory in (2nd slot and 4th slot/2nd slot and 3rd slot/1st slot and 3rd slot/1st slot and 4th slot/3rd slot and 4th slot), DRAM LED light turn solid red.
Noted: I tried insert two memory in 1st slot and 2nd slot, it works fine at first, but after a while my display hang and has a long buzzing sound.
Besides i having blue screen issues, error: system service exception but the blue screen issues getting lesser. What I concerned is the DRAM LED light.

Anyone could help me solve my problem?

Thank you.
