house power trip when raining

Hi all,

Recently I change my house ELCB to a new one. After that, it will get trip itself randomly (rain or no rain). The situation get worst & the electrician manage to find out one of the earth cable (green) is short & electrician disconnect it from ELCB. This solved the issue of tripping randomly. but now whenever it's raining (lightning or no lightning), it still trip.

Anyone face this problem before?
Appreciate the advice here.
