UNIFI installation

I applied for UNIFI service from TM. I was told that the installation is free and I just need to pay an advance 1 month+current month+RM20 activation fees which will be reflected in my first bill. But when the installation contractor came to my home, he requested RM250 for standard installation and RM350 for custom installation.

I asked further on the RM250. He said it is for labour fee and extra work for doing some hacking job to lay down fibre optic cable from the distribution point to my home. I don't think that job costs that much. Therefore, I would like to ask fellow LYN, is it worth it or i can get a cheaper quotation for the same job? any advice and suggestions are welcomed. Thank you in advance.

I really awe by today cyber cafe that used some kind of virtual lan to connect to other cyber cafe around my town so we could play dota with more player and lagless. Anyone know if i could have that setup at my home? some kind of battle lan service perhaps? share please
