Buying an apartment without bank loan

Guys, I'm not sure whether this has been asked before, but what are the procedures of buying a newly launched apartment without using a bank loan?

The reason I'm doing so not because I have bad credit score but rather saving on the interests during the construction period. Piling stage has not started yet.

Anybody heard of this before? They have: -

- Certificate in IT
- Diploma in IT
- Professional Graduate Diploma in IT

It looks like they are quite established and recognized all around the world. Anybody took their courses before?

I was planning to take so any comments and infos are much appreciated. I did use mr google to help but not much info I can get through it.

MCSE 2003 or MCITP SA & EA 2008

As per title, I'm not sure which one I should choose. I would like those guys that haven taken both (MCSE & MCITP) advise me on this matter.

Some people recommended to take MCSE 2003 and then upgrade to MCITP: SA or MCITP: EA - This takes quite a long time and more exam papers involved. The other way is go directly to MCITP: SA or MCITP: EA - Shorter time and lesser exam papers.

Does MCITP: SA or MCITP: EA covers what is in MCSE 2003 + additional server 2008 stuff???

Fast track degree

I'm currently studying for my bachelor's degree in Wawasan Open Uni. But the problem is that, it will take me 4 years to complete my degree. I have a diploma in electronic from TAR College. I just want to know is that anyway,any place where I can jump or have advance standing and finish off my degree in 2 years or less. What I heard from Segi College last time is that they offer 1 year for TAR College student to finish off the degree. I would like to know is there anywhere else? Please do share here. I have a diploma in electronics and currently working in motorola kl. i wonder is there any degree that i can finish in one year? or is there any better choice besides doing a part time degree..like going for some certs and etc? hope you guys can give some advice. thanks..

I plan to take up Bachelor degree programme in Wawasan Open University. I would like to know whether their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics (Hons) is recognised by the industry, example like Intel, Motorola, Agilent and etc. ?

What they told me is that, their Bachelor degree is comparable to any other degree. But I want to know what does the industry think about that Bachelor degree that I mentioned. Any kind souls willing to voice out or help me ask? Thanks alot!

Streamyx cancellation

i used to stay in penang. but i came over to kl to further my studies. and initially i applied for streamyx when i was in penang back then. I heard there was a contract or something that you have to subscribe to streamyx for 2 years..but now 2 years is up and i'm in kl currently. but my dad tot tat since no one is using streamyx back home..he has stopped paying for the monthly streamyx bill already. but he kept on receiving the streamyx bill. the billing name is under me evern though he pays for it everytime.

will tm automatically cut it after a while or wat? i'm quite worried is one day TM come n find me..i heard that the bill amounted to rm500+ or so..no one have been using the line though.

any advice?

hi guys..i wanna know what are the job propects for electrical & electronic engineering..

which skills do i have to pick up or which area shud i major in? and what are the current demands for E&E?

i saw in some job sites...it stated down some electrical/electronic engineer can do software engineering..which is programming right?

so,i wanna know what are the options for me after i completed my degree..like which area is available for E&E students..

btw,i'm in 2nd year of the 4 years' bachelor degree..

Loan stuff

hi guys..hope u can help me on this..

i got a loan from ptptn for my 2 years' diploma..i'm now in my third year cos i havent pass all my papers yet..kind of repeating one more year!

i received the 'first reminder' from ptptn asking me to reply them with the 'surat maklumbalas'..

my question is..if i start to pay now,and can I opt for a delay/penangguhan from ptptn & can I get another loan when i continue my degree in may 2007?
