I want to ask, what is the smallest laptop (in term of monitor size), that has a built in DVDROM? (I prefer common brands like Dell, HP, etc)

Are those models more expensive than a larger model because of the "compactness" of the model?

Why does some videos on youtube nowadays

1) Doesn't buffer when you pause it halfway?
2) Need to buffer the whole bloody video again once you replay the video?

I been reading around and here is what I concluded. Correct me if I am wrong

Samsung - Poor support for non flagship models. I afraid their quality control for non flagship models maybe same.
Sony - Always overpriced from the start, and specs always behind others. Have to wait around 4 to 6 months for price to depreciate to actual value.
HTC - I never read anything bad about it, and I heard HTC Sense is the best skin out of the box outside of a pure Google skin
Special mention - Google Nexus - I heard it drains battery like a champ.
China brands & Non-China brands - Never heard much, but the problem with a "rare" model is that its harder to find support for it, in terms of accessories to custom ROMs.

So... HTC is the best?

Hi, I am thinking about taking a personal loan. I am wondering about how much can I borrow (5x, 10x my monthly salary?), what is the interest rate like (in general) etc etc.

I know there is a topic in the finance section, but its seems somewhat ignored.

Hey, I am just curious, what do those students who can't get any A's or B's in the SPM (because they are honestly not that smart) do after SPM? If you have a friend or a relative in that situation, what would you recommend them?

Edit : Lets assume these students aren't not rich, and don't have any particular talent.

Japan & Korea have their car making and electronic industry. Hong Kong and Singapore have their financial industry. Taiwan have their manufacturing and electronic industry.

I'm 25 this year. My salary is less than >rm2000, I live with my parents, have no car and no house. Saved up to rm50k due to my company genorous bonuses and the fact I live with my parents and I try to pinch every single penny. I try to do some stock trading with my money, so far still learning, lost a few hundred ringgit.

I feel very unaccomplished.
