Income Tax on Foreign Salary Income?

Hi bro,

I am kinda confuse with this....

My wife living and working from home in Malaysia. Her company is in Australia. Her salary is TTed to her Malaysia bank on a monthly basis from Australia.

In this case, is this income taxable?

I found on LHDN it is not taxable. (http://www.hasil.gov.my/goindex.php?lgv=2&chg=1)

Income Remitted from Outside Malaysia

With effect from the year of assessment 2004, income derived from outside Malaysia and received in Malaysia by a resident individual is exempted from tax.

But some said it is taxable....i am confused....

Please help.

3) Dell Inspiron 14 7447
4) Lenovo ThinkPad E440 (i7-4712MQ,4GB,1TB)

Which one more solid (case) and can last for few years (3-5 yrs). Majorly for business, programming and some design works..... (games only for sometimes, not priority)

How to increase Loan amount?

Hi Lowyat Shi Fu & Master, im thinking to get a property which bank value is higher 20k than selling price.

I thinking to increase the selling price to get more cash for renovation and owner said he is ok with that.... so can anyone share with me how to do?

The property selling price is Rm270k, bank value RM290k. Should i tell the bank the "selling price" is RM290k, then 90% of loan = RM261k, so i could have more cash on hand.. So if i want to do so, how much deposit should i pay the owner?

Hi everyone, like to know what is the pros and cons of staying at top floor of a kinda old (17 years old) condo? View is definitely excellent, location not bad... just worry will it too hot at noon... also, if sudden no electricity or water supply... any other potential issue?

Hi all, just bought a Lenovo G470 but when i tried to create a new Drive (new D: and E:), the Window System not allowed me to do so!!! The system shown an error message said the system has too much of Drive so not allow to create new drive.....

anyone know how to solve this problem? My Window actually just have C; , D; and E: (DVD)...........
