Anyone renting our pressure washer?

hey guys, any chance anyone is renting out their pressure washer for washing exterior paint? I'm located at sri damansara area, just for minimal use, a single balcony to repaint. It's a bit hard to find online for someone who's renting it so figure i'd give my best shot here.

I hired a contractor to work on my awning, and specifically ordered Marklon. When it arrived, I'm surprised to find out that it's a different (and according to some lowyat post, cheaper) brand called sunlite. Question is, has anyone heard and tried this brand before? For Marklon, there's enough details on it to do some research online, but this brand sunlite is a bit obscure, couldn't find any details about it.

The contractor offered a 25% discount from roughly RM2000 initial price, and I've already paid half as downpayment. Not sure how I am supposed to deal with this. Only downside for me is Sunlite is not as clear as I hoped it should be, and I'm not sure if it has any UV coating. I'm planning to plant some flowers in my balcony and I heard marklon is widely used for greenhouses purposes.

Any bros have advices on this?

Hey guys, I got contracted a 2 months job at Avenue 5 but I'm not entirely sure how to park when I get there. Anyone knows if there's any cheap carpark around the area?

Walking distance is not a big deal but ideally I don't have to take multiple transport to get there, there's no LRT near my house in Sri Damansara and it takes 30 minutes (+jam) to get to one to begin with. Bangsar South is about an hour away as it is.

How to legally divide company with partner?

Hi, newbie in business here, I wasn't in business background.

I've recently started a company with 2 other partners, and have verbally agreed to divide the company to 25/25/50 based on our level of investment. Question is, verbally agreeing isn't legally binded of course, how do i prepare proper documentation for these sort of things? As that wasn't an option when we were creating the company either.

Can I trust him? He works as the photographer for accident and he say he can settle my summon for 150 from 300. hey guys, i'm a fellow freelancer looking for a html5 developer to do 3 standard sizmek banners, size at 160x600, 728x90, 300x250 for a client. A friend of mine was supposed to help me out on this but unfortunately he has some family urgency that requires him to travel to singapore, hence, this is largely forking out my own money to get it done.

I've attached the mock for 300x250 that is approved, and I have the MCR ready. The deadline is this weekend and the price offered is RM250 per banner. Payment 24 hours after job is completed.

I'm looking at some sekeping units but unfortunately they don't allow partying in their place. My friend is quite an art person and would certainly appreciate a place that has some sort of designish outlook to it.

Hey guys, I've been vaping for a quite few months and tried a couple of different vapes out there.

First I tried smokerhaven's cleartomizer, which has a very strong vape (i use the same liquid throughout) but then i found out it was leaking. i did a little research then and found this new brand called ViviNova cleartomizer and has been using it ever since without leakage.

The problem is, the vivinova doesnt have as strong 'kick' as the smoker haven does, in fact, it's actually pretty weak. I want to improve it by customization but i dont know where to start, is it the wick's problem?

Keep in mind that i've tried a few other brands as well with no avail, vivi nova was the best in leakage but i just needed to give it more kick, any experienced bros out there have experience in this?

Hey guys, I'm not new to lowyat, but generally hangs out in the gaming section.

I'm trying to buy a new PC desktop entirely, and based on experience there are some pretty good seller in lowyat, was wondering who here is the better/trusted ones I can check out?

I can't seem to find anything in this thread, perhaps they are all located around the trade section. I'm frankly quite lazy and it seems pricey to go trial and error with some sellers, just wanna see how you more experienced bro says!
