Hi guys, not sure if already annouced here but today i called Unifi wanting to upgrade my 30mbps 129 package to 100mbps.

Then they told me they are running a free speed upgrade promotion from Sept to Dec, which will boost your speed x3 or x10 depending your area. So they say my 30mbps can free upgrade to 300mbps. Super suprised.

Want to ask kaki Unifi anyone heard of this promotion? Serious ah?

Tenancy Agreement without Stamping

Hi guys, i need some info. I found a place to rent, but my property agent told me the owner doesnt want to do stamping to avoid tax. She said i would still be protected by the agreement contract.

Is the agreement still legit even without the lhdn stamp? Should i proceed? Thanks for the info on this guys.

I am going to elaborate as much as i can as this case happened to my dad while i wasnt around.

My dads Asus laptop hard drive was wiped and went back to factory settings, with popup "setup is preparing for first time use". After the loading screen it goes into windows while everything is reset to default like a new computer, all desktop files are gone, checked hdd everything empty. Suddenly recovery ERROR a big red word appeared in middle of screen and i wasnt able to click anything. It then restarts itself and "setup is preparing for first time use" occured again.
I have checked system restore, its empty due to everything was wiped. All windows related folders are still intact and i am able to enter windows like normal...it's like a clean fresh format without a windows cd, while there were adobe reader and asus related programs on the desktop.

This strange phenomenon happened after my dad turned off the power cord for the laptop without the battery in it, so it was a force shutdown, but i doubt that would be the case of this incident. I figure it would be a virus but before my dad turned the power off he was just browsing google.

The laptop specs are:~

Asus N56VZ series
Windows 7 Home Premium
Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @2.30Ghz
8gig memory ram
Intel HD Graphics 4000

Im not sure if this laptop has its own build in reformatting system, but i checked with my dad the dealer had installed everything on the computer and did not gave any cd software.
