Need advice, my new condo unit medium and small room only provide 1 lighting point which is the wall light. I am planning to buy Alpha baby fan 42" with LED light (20watt)

Can share experience of the fan or anybody can recommend a better brand?
Or anybody can recommend a good bright wall light?

To all Fantasy Manager out there,

I know is almost half way through the season but it does not stop us from being a fantasy manager.

I would like to introduce a creative format to play fantasy league and are seeking 11 players to join the fun.

Platform: BPL fantasy league
Total players: 11 to start

Format:
There will be winner every week (with prize) - determine by your weekly points.

There will be also a manager of the month award(with prize)

**You can transfer in and out your player every week because the position is not important anymore.
**The format only wants you to win with highest points on weekly basis by how you manage your team.

hi all,

I have been approached by one of my friend's friend to be a Unit trust agent[Public Mutual], he has given me little info about it and I find it quite attractive.

Been doing a little bit of reading and I am not even close to 10% understand of how it works, especially on the commission rate, the prospect of career and the most important one how unit trust can benefit me in long term [retirement, money mgmt. and etc etc]
