Hi All,

I'm wondering, if the electrician didn't show up as promised and sometimes he will not answer the phone call. Can I just go for another electrician instead? Or do I have to get the "approval" from the said electrician before engaging another electrician to complete the job?

In short, can I engage Electrician B without the "permission" of Electrician A since Electrician A is "too busy" to do the job, always break his promises and difficult to reach?
