Dillema in studying American Program

Im current a 21 yr old boy who are in a engineering field. Its quite complicated here. I studied for 2 yrs and have quite a bad cgpa which is only 2.4. I've stop 1 year due to some financial problem and have overcome it right now. For adp students, after 2year, we are / should go to oversea to further my studies. But base on my current cgpa, its hard for me to get into good uni as most of them requires at least 2.5. Perhaps, most of you might ask me to take few more subjects more to brush up my current gpa then go ahead and apply for the next intake. But 1 thing is, i have stopped 1 year, is it ok for me to spend another half year studying in malaysia college before i proceed in going to a better university in oversea which is in US? It seems like its the only choice i have but im still in dillema.

For US university, it works like this. There are only 2 intake which is spring and fall. Currently failed to enter at spring due to bad cgpa. So, i have to get at least 2.5 in order to get into a good uni... Which means, i need 2 get at least 3 more B or equivalent in order i can successfully to enter the uni that i have already chosen.

Should i still sticks on it or change major just to enter the university in US? Very dillema now... Looking at frens leaving 1 by 1. Leaving me alone rite now...

THere are still many things to decide. For example, even if i do take few more subjects in the coming sems for local college which is INTI, then i have 2 rush for the fall intake which is in Augst. But the due date to enter in fall intake is at the 1st of feb. But at feb, im still havent finish my sem, and not to mention that my results wouldnt be out that fast..

WIll the uni there accept me until they got the new transcript of the current sem? Or they will put my application at pending level until i got the result and send it over to them?

I know that im in deep shit right now.. Can u people do advice me what to do right now?

This is the diagnose i did... It keep on showing the msg when i plug in my usb and sometimes this virus causes my comp not to recognize the usb i plugged in...

Itunes Crash prob

Whenever i open Itunes, There is an error of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library pop out. It shows that "This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Then it off after i click on ok. It jz started today... Before that ntg happen, and it work perfectly. I tried to system recovery but it still shows the same thing... Any expert have any idea for it??? Pls................

I have jz subscribe to 4mb package and screamyx gave this modem to me and my housemates. As 9 of us are sharing networks through switch.. What happen is, our comps keep showing "IP CONFLICT". When it shows there, we cant on9 and have to repair the connection to get connected. It is vry frustrating as it always pop out in every 2-3 mins.... I have tried to master reset that thing but prob is still the same...

Is there any solution to overcome this??

Hmm...hope that avedesk experts can help me with this... I have successfully installed it in Sysstats of Avedesk. And everything is operationg well too. The prob is that im a Itunes user.. Then the media buttons cant use for Itunes. It states that it need multi plugin of itunes oni can use. But i have download the later version of it which is ver2.3. But it is still not working... hope that some1 can help me with this...
