zyxel zxdsl 931 modem and router

Hi guys and sifu,

Does anyone know how to configure this modem zyxel zxdsl 931 to use as a router cum unifi modem ?
I try to google around and found out this modem is already built in VLAN tagging and with router function.
i dont mind scarified my iptv as it useless for me, i just need internet connection.
