I need some help and opinion. My motherbaord is fauly and need replacement for it. The warranty already expired...

1) Where can i can get motherboard replacement for Dell Latitude E7450 running i7 ?
2) How much the cost for the replacement ?
3) Any place recommendation in Lowyat ?

Im using portable WDC MyPassport external HDD and there is bad sector when im running chkdsk. My questions, can I claim my warranty for the bad sector issue ?. My warranty ending next year 2015.
