Grab has already contacted me and has already settled the issue with me. Sorry for the late update as I was taking my flight home. I&#39;ll summarize all of this and will be removing the personal data of the driver.<br />Firstly, thank you to all that have supported me. I did report to Grab and emailed them the screenshots immediately after the incident happen. This was not suppose to be a racial issue so thank you all for not making it a racial issue. It was personal between me and the driver.<br />Second, for those that mentioned that I could have just cancelled the booking and there would have been no issue, I was unhappy as I was already rushing and the driver did not inform me until some time has passed. In the heat of the moment, when I tried to cancel, the app says that I will be penalize for canceling booking and would cause me to have a harder time finding another grab. I didn&#39;t want to be penalize so I opted to ask the driver to cancel instead. In the end, I ended up canceling my plans with my friends. No good came out from it. For that I apologize that I didn&#39;t be the bigger man that I could have been.<br />Grab has informed me that they have removed the driver from their system with immediate effect. And that is good enough for me. Like I said, it was personal between me and the driver. Nothing to do with race, nothing to do with Grab. I just didn&#39;t want someone that could be that racist just because of a little inconvenience to be chauffeuring people around. Who know what could have happened next time, and I&#39;m a bit glad that I did not even entered his car.<br />Sorry if the post has made you slightly uncomfortable. I do believe we should respect one another. Maybe I was wrong.
