Hi guys, so i have a PowerColor rx6600 and looking to RMA as it is showing signs of failing (fans full speed on boot & no display). Unfortunately, the store that sold this GPU already closed shop.

There's a distributor sticker on the box - Adventure Multi Devices S/B and when i tried to contact the other day no one answered the call. Their FB page posting and Google reviews were all from 2-3 years ago.

Anyone knows if the distributor for PowerColor still the same? or what other ways i can RMA it before receipt date expires? (April 2024).

So im planning to get a new psu as my 6 year old psu is failing on me. i'm wondering seasonic m12ii 520w will suffice with
my current specs

Proc : Intel i5 2500k (stock)
Mobo: Gigabyte ga-z68xp-ud3
GPU : Zotac gtx 970 amp! omega (factory oc)
RAM : 2 standard ram sticks
Drive: 2 7200rpm hdd and 1 ssd
Fans : 4

im not planning to oc or sli in the future, probably adding another 1 or 2 fans and a hdd.

Is 520w enough? or should i shell out rm100 more for 620w?

Hi guys, i'm currently looking for a 140mm fan to be installed on my corsair carbide 400r's side panel (bottom slot only) to aid the cooling of the GPU.

I've tried my front case fans at the side panel and there is a noticeable temp drop.

Currently looking at AeroCool DS 140mm and Noctua NF-A14 FLX, which is the better choice? or is CM Jetflo 120mm enough for my needs?

Any suggestions are welcome, thanks.

hello guys, i was wondering if anyone had used the Zotac gtx 970 amp! omega edition or the standard one:

how was the performance, build quality, noise and temperatures? can't really find any reviews on the net.

i'm currently deciding between zotac's, gigabyte and asus.

i'm leaning towards the zotac now because of the longer warranty. (if the standard zotac is any good i might just go for that instead of the omega, since it is rm150 cheaper.)

hello guys, since my hd 6870 died last week, i've bought a r9 280x to replace it. now the question is, my psu FSP Epsilon 600w is 4 years old

should i buy a new psu or stick with it?

what are the chances of a psu causing damage to the r9 280x if it's no longer stable?

the rest of my rig's component are available on my siggy except the dead hd6870.

so i just got this while spectating in dota 2 awhile ago, and i had to close it with task manager.

this afternoon when i spectate another match, it lasted till the game ends and it starts showing artifacts as well.
(however i did played 3 games without problems before artifacts starts to appear again.)

i'll probably go buy another card but do i have to buy another new psu to make sure that it wasn't the culprit that caused the card's damage?
or it is simply just a case of a faulty card? (i have not encountered any random restarts or bsod's though.)

my current card is Sapphire HD 6870 (3 years old) and PSU is FSP Hexa 600w (5 years old?)

so Question is, do i need to buy a new PSU? did it caused the cards damage? i'll assume that my new card consumes about the same power as my current HD 6870.
