Guys pls help me. I have been offered a scholarship by INTI University to do Masters. I just got my degree a year ago, all of a sudden offer for Masters !!

The University stated that it was a part time course for Masters !!! Is this recognised ? I mean, is it worth it ?

Do they give scholarship for part time studies ?

The most funny part is that the Uni ( i guess the markeeter, who may be profitting) gave a set of agreement to sign. The agreement totally states a different thing. It does not say part time and is charging for accommodation, insurance, registration and other stuffs.

Really funny huh ? Any of you have any knowledge of such an offer ? Is this normal ? Tq.

UPDATE: The offer is really dodgy. After my query, they wanted their professor to speak to me one to one ! Not willing to put anything in black and white.

Probably so called professor will brain wash me ! Then they emailed me, saying that the agreement is the same for all students, cannot alter it for me !!

I am like… Dude the agreement mentions acomodation and other charges, you are offering me an online course !!! Wth ?

I just aborted the plan. Further, on line course for Masters ? I guess it will be a shoik sendiri qualification !

I would like to get some info on Sst.

I read a few things online, it says that if my income from a business service which i provide is less than 500k A year, then i dont have to register for SST.

Is this correct or no matter how much i make from a sole proprietor business, i must still charge sst to my customers ?

To open a Sdn Bhd - a company, i do have to go through a company secretary, right ? How much do these people charge. Ssm will charge me about 1400rm ? Is there any other cost ?

Halo guys. Last year i started a business, part time, single owner my self. In my business, i also provide service to the place i work full time.

This year i declared the profit under my personal tax, not much, less than 10k income. So tax just a few hundred.

But now i have a problem since e-invoice started. My full time company wants e-invoice, so if i put my personal incometax number in the invoice for sst pupose, it will be a problem.

My boss actually know that i provide service, since i long time staff, he close one eye, just said keep it low and dont let the manager find out ( his wifey is the manager) 😅😅.

What are my options, register company ? Will cost around 2k i guess. Is there any other option.

M2 Nvme compatible ?

I have an old mobo, Asrock Z97 Fatality. Has m2 slot. My ssd is however a gen 3 M2 Nvme.

I know that both the M2 sata and M2 Nvme (pcie) ssd are different, but i read that after a bios update to the mobo, it can use m2 nvme

Is there hardware difference in the mobo, where it can only take sata m2?

Anybody has any experience ?

Hi guys, i have had a few incoming call from this number +60 3 5037 8025. Voice automated, it asks a few question, like where i vote and so on. In Malay, i always hang up.

Hi guys, what does recon car actually mean ?

In my understanding, recon means, it is a car which was used and registered in overseas, but later brought into Malaysia and bought by a Malaysian. That is why we see the description - car year is 2013, but registered in Malaysia in 2015.

If its is a CBU, it should be brand new but imported.

Is my understanding correct ? Or i have mistaken.

Hi guys, i was looking for the original AT filter, but all shops only seem to have non genuine or oem. They say, ori need to order. That nobody uses ori !!

I just bought this 2009 myvi. 91k mileage, so i am not sure which way to go. They day that the ori AT filter costs about 300rm, and that i should be fine with the Oem filter.

Can i ask those who have experience. Is it worth employing a lawyer to claim from developer for delay in strata title ?

The lawyer seems to advice ppl to make a claim as a group, so that there is more heavy case against the developer.

But some people say that these kind of claims against developer will not win. This is just the loyar trying to make money !!

Any truth in this ? The developer can give a lot of excuse, right ?

I would like to ask: in bankruptcy, for housing loan, the bank normally claims as at the bankrupt date right ? So what happens to the remaining balance that a debtor has not paid the bank? The bank just write off ?

Before main tembak, read again on what i am asking.

- I am clearly asking on what a bank/secured creditor does upon filing a bankruptcy suit, specifically on the debt calculation.

Guys, i am looking to register a sole proprietor at ssm. I am a full time worker at a company.

If i register the Sole proprietorship, will my employer be notified when they prepare the EA form ? For info: i wll not be dealing with the same kind of business my employer does. I just wish to keep my business as private.

Updated query: Guys thanks for the earlier replies, now i want to ask, i am already employed in a company, so if i register a sole proprietor, will it in any way be made known to my employer ? I mean when my employer prepare EA form of does income tax deduction ?

At SSM, known as EZ- Biz. Rm60 per year if we use orher then personal name. Or are there any other payments which they are not mentioning.

I need the business registration to open a bank account for my incoming payments. Been using my personal account which i cant use anymore.

Ocbc seems to have minimal deposit for a business account.

Has anyone registered this EZ-biz ? Can give me some info ? Thanks.
