CSS div 2 non scrollable

hey guys, need help on this.

I have a top navigation bar, a content and a sidebar.
I want make only the content is scrollable, can it be done with CSS ? Please help.

google so far only helped with fixing position of 1 of the DIV... I can fix the sidebar too but position will be messed
