            <title>Blackberry and SPAM emails</title>

            <description>My boss BB been receiving a lot of SPAM email to his inbox from this email accound ABC. But on his laptop under account ABC, there is no SPAM at all. Called email provider and they said SPAM email has been block on their side, it will not reach us. There is no SPAM blocker on the AV we are using on the laptop.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So email provider ask to call BB provider. BB provider said nothing wrong, settings all default on BIS and on handheld. BB provider ask to call email provider to check with them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sigh....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway one encounter this problem before?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks</description>

            <title>Switch on PC Through Keyboard</title>

            <description>can we do that?&lt;br /&gt;I have googled and tried on few machines but i just couldnt turn on a COMPLETELY OFF pc. I have even did settings on BIOS but there are no settings for power on pc on keyboard blah blah...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I only know that we can do that if its on SLEEP or STANDBY mode.&lt;br /&gt;But what I meant was the computer COMPLETELY shutdown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;help please&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;thanks&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>Windows Update problem</title>

            <description>In the windows automatic update settings, its already been set to AUTOMATIC. but the windows security thingy pop up saying that it had not been set to AUTOMATIC. &lt;br /&gt;- i did run &amp;gt; regserv32 wuaueng.dll...the pop up thingy gone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it registered successfully. check on the services.msc and the automatic service update was running.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BUT when i click on the START &amp;gt;  WINDOWS UPDATE...&lt;br /&gt;nothing happen and the automatic service over in services.msc went missing. (stop and the pop up balloon comes up again)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;whenever i clikc on the START &amp;gt; WINDOWS UPDATE, the services that was running, always goes missing. even after I regserv32 wuaueng.dll.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;what seems to be happening?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its Windows XP Home SP2 (genuien)&lt;br /&gt;I googled many times and didnt manage to find any solution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone able to help? Need to be done by monday. thanks</description>
