AUSMAT or A-levels 2015

Hello there! I know there are threads regarding this topic, but all of them are outdated, hence i'm starting this new thread and asking for your advice on pre-u studies for 2015 intake.

I'm from a small town in Sabah, currently in form 5, and i've made up my mind to go for pre-u studies in January 2015.

Problem is, i can't decide which to do: Cambridge A-level or AUSMAT WACE (both offered in MCKL). I want to read law after i finish pre-u, thus i'm thinking of taking Law, English Lit, and Psychology for A-level OR Biological Science, Business Management, English, Psychology, Politics and law for AUSMAT. Also, i'm aiming for MCKL since it has great track record and it's not THAT expensive compared to Taylor's.

So,
Reasons i want to take Cambridge A-level:
1. More uni options- accepted by both public and private local unis.
2. Easily get into UK uni- Small, low-ranking unis like Derby, Oxford Brookes, Plymouth etc.
3. Easy to get scholarships.- Bank Negara's/JPA/etc.
4. I'm better in big exams compared to assessments.

AUSMAT:
1. Cheaper
2. Only 11 months- Big save on fees AND accommodation/food. Savings can go to degree later on.
3. Accepted into private local unis e.g Taylor's, INTI, BAC
4. Syllabus is not that hard, i guess. Given the short period of time needed for this.

I REALLY don't know which should i go for. I'm not from a rich family, but i am willing to work to fend for myself and pay for books and such.

Oh, and i don't really think i'm able to go to UK even if i have excellent results. Most probably i'll take the UK Transfer Degree offered in Taylor's/BAC/KDU. Hence i think AUSMAT will be okay for me. But then A-levels is more widely recognized......

Sigh i REALLY don't know which to choose!! What do you think? Please please please enlighten me!
