Official forum or page to request better reception

I remember there being a website a few years ago where I could lodge a complaint about the poor 4G reception in my area, and Maxis would go to the said area to inspect the reception to determine if it really is as bad as the complaint says, and if so, they will provide a booster at the nearby tower to drastically improve reception. I have done this for my previous residence with great success, within a month or so, the reception went from 3G to full bars of 4G.

I can't seem to find this page anymore, is it still in existence or do I simply have to contact their customer support?

"Airbnb/hotel" style management for apartments

I attended a short seminar organised by a company called Subhome Management Sdn Bhd, who are offering to provide Airbnb/hotel style property management services for a 40% cut of revenue sharing per month. According to them, we, the landlords, will pay for the cost of furnishing the units and upon completion, they will advertise the unit for rent on sites like agoda.com and booking.com etc.

Then each month, they will publish a report with the overall earnings for all the units in the building, which will then be divided for all the owners under this Subhome manager based on the type of unit (1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms etc) and they are promising some attractive returns as a result.

Part of me really wants to trust them simply because it would make managing the rental of my unit very simple, and it's almost on auto pilot as they will take their 40% cut automatically and send us the monthly earnings. The 40% is meant to be used for their daily cleaning services along with staff salary etc as they intend to set up a service desk at the apartment as a sort of "concierge" to handle the comings and goings of the guests.

Basically, I just want to know if anyone has dealt with this particular company before, and if they can be relied upon to deliver what they promise? I copied and pasted their portfolio below, taken directly from their (extremely sparse) website:

Our Hotels are @ Summer Suites Residences (KLCC) 188 Private Suites (KLCC) Dua Sentral Suites (KL SENTRAL) Damen Suites (Sunway) Nexis Suites (Kota Damansara) 1Tebrau Suites (JB CITY) Twin Galaxy Suites (JB CITY) Teega Hotel Suites (Puteri Harbour, Johor) Sereno Airport Suites (ChiangMai Thailand) Sereno Nimman (ChiangMai Thailand) And more coming up....... We still continue to be the best solution for landlords in today's property industry. To find out more please go to our facebook page below. We are a Subsidiary of FREEMEN EDUCATION GROUP ( Malaysia,Thailand, Singapore & HK ) www.Freemen.com.my

TP-Link TL-WR1043ND with OpenWRT 10.03.1

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Unifi Home 5mbps package
Location: Klang
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Called to confirm user/password

Personal equipment
Modem: Stock modem that comes with Unifi
Router: TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
Firewall used: None

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Since I bought the product a few months ago
Problem frequency: Has not been solved

Problem description:
I bought this router since I wasn't happy with the stock router TM gives out to Unifi customers. I heard this router had good value for its price, and that it works with Unifi right out of the box. Sadly, this didn't seem to apply to me, as I've never managed to get it connected to the internet.

When it shipped out with the custom Unifi firmware (that just asks for the Unifi username and password) it wouldn't work, so I decided to flash the firmware and install OpenWRT onto it. followed all the instructions on the K.L. Seet website:
Factory to OpenWRT and TL-WR1043ND Setup for Unifi

I made sure to follow those instructions carefully, and called TM twice now to make sure the username and password is correct, but I still can't connect. Is there a chance that the password they've been giving me is wrong? I specifically told them it's for the router configuration because I thought they made a mistake with my request the first time I called. Any clues?
