Error after converting harddisk from FAT32 to NTFS

my fren's com keep ons restarting by itself in BIOS after selecting YES for everything when converting FAT32 hard disk to NTFS format

it cant even enter windows anymore... and has been restarting for over 10-20times
any1 can help?

ok guys... i tried to set up a sharing folder on msn but kept on getting the 'your computer does not supposrt sharing folder'
i have read the troubleshooter provided by MSN but still doesnt help.
tried with multiple ppl, but still received same problem
off-ed firewall and restarted msn after turning off firewall but still doesnt help
i am using a usb-router connected to a wifi-router...(might this be the problem?)

im kinda blur and outa ideas... so hope some1 could help me out here. thx in advance

connecting wifi router to usb router

can some1 pls teach me how 2 connect a wifi router to a usb router?
i tried connecting it like a normal modem to router but is says i have to do a bridge connection. to make things worst...i think my ethernet card might have been fried by lightning, so only usb can work on my com. nevertheless, i have another laptop with a working ethernet connection.

so i think i'll need to do this bridge connection thing which i have no idea wat it is. so i'll need all the help and advise i can get from every1. your help is very much appreciated.

i tried to connect a wifi router to a usb-ethernet router modem.....but doesnt seem too easy. it say i have to do modem bridging wateva etc...... sounds complicated.... im a serous noob so can some1 help me out here.

everytime i dl from megaupload i get that problem.
it says that there are no more slots for your country or something like that
im using firefox 2. i've done the registry key change for IE and its works for ONLY IE (IE dls at 2.1kbps).
i also some user agent switch or something like that but doesnt seem to work.... is it because im using firefox 2?

i bought this 19" samsung 920N at pc fair few days ago... so now i have a few questions

NO.1 : is it digital or analog? if its digital, how do i noe if my vga card supports digital (nvidia tnt2). the salesman told me its digital but when i check its analog...dunno now.

no2. wats is Magic Tune for? i cant seem to use it... is it very important?

no3. can i adjust the monitor stand? like height and turning and all that.... im not sure coz im afraid of trying out and then breaking the stand
