Date of transaction : 22nd JUNE 2011
Amount of money involved : (not 100% necessary, but will add on to the weight and vailidity of the accusation) RM1200
Details of the complaint :

The deal was conducted yesterday (22nd JUNE 2011), the route to deal was high and low one as seller kept changing time (i presume he was the busy man so i was being patient all times to success as we had came to conclusion of deal at RM1.2K for ONE MONTH ORI FULLSET.) Before meetup, i was continuously reminded the seller to bring fullset with purchase receipt and seller said ok all whiles.

Finally, we met up and checked the unit condition (okay, i was rated it as tip top condition which comply with his said under private message n SMS), BUT......no receipt as seller claim that his secretary forgot to put in together, initially his gentle n soft spoken attitudes impressed me, PLUS i was truly remembered he told me he bought the unit MONTH END, i was asking whether after labour day to confirm MONTH referred to MAY not APRIL to verify the unit truly is ONE MONTH OLD UNIT, he said YES, consequently, he convinced me by reaching to agreement OF
- sending me email of receipt to my email account as reference
- and then send the original copy of receipt to my living address

TODAY as on 23rd JUNE 2011 in the late afternoon, i received a mms of receipt copy from him, [attachmentid=2292058] i was shocked when seeing the date of purchase was 24th APRIL 2011, picture attached in the thread, take a look at youself and do calculation, it's truly over 2 MONTHS unit and was straight to my mind the deal condition was not comply with and i was asking to deal cancelation (tell me am i right to do so in response to seller's inconsistent description), i was sent him sms of my mind decision and he replied something which i never been heard of (i swear to this) , he claim that he bought unit on 24th APRIL and somebody delayed 6 days to pass him to unit and he was started to use the unit on 1st MAY, which was labour day, GOOD EXCUSE, if u WERE using it on labour day till our transaction day, still OVER ONE MONTH OLD and merely to TWO MONTHS and still not comply with our agreement. ended his sms somemore with NO REFUNDABLE! great one!

he still claim RM1200 was a steal compare to he stated price of RM1380.

Mr. Mohd Ruhaifi, you are truly bad in being businessman, i didn't point a gun at you asking you to sell me at such price, seller agreed and buyer paid on said agreement, u were truly no business ethics at all in response to the fact, u were initiate something wrong on your statement and now gave excuses like buyer was pushing your to limit to sell at cheap price and presume i earned big bucks from there. Do realise what had you done wrong and admit it if you are real gentleman. Somemore in leadership of managing directorship in the company while this example gives truly bad image of it.

i don't ask more except below demands IF you still have guilty conscience:-
- parcel out the original receipt you agreed to my living address i sent to you
- let related authorities to judge on giving you NICE entitlement on your profile

That's all to my complaint. Hope everybody can stand justice to my right to voice out my dissatisfaction. Thanks.

If seller thinks he has nothing wrong to it, i am totally speechless.

Date of transaction: 6th May 2010

Details of the complaint :
1. We agreed to cod at 1pm on said venue, i reached there sharply n sms him th and a at my arrival,

2. Then he replied by asking me to wait for him for another one and half hour there

3. ....TIME FLEW and time's up for 90 mins for NOTHING, i sms him about what's happening while NO SHOW 4 said waiting period, surprisingly NO REPLY from sms or call AT ALL, being good buyer i try to spare another call making to his phone...guess wat??? PHONE NOT REACHABLE OREDI!!!!

This is simply unethical attitude and hopeless person while come to making simple deal and cannot be done in proper. Although it's another typical FFK but i hope forum will be putting little sign on seller so that he can aware how important to grant promise while you already made it.
