WTA regarding Women's wages

Hello guys.
I am currently doing thesis paper regarding "Women's Right in Terms of Wages in Malaysia". My professor told me there is a gap between salary of the male and female in private sector and she want me and my team to further investigate it. However, we've been doing some research and interview here and there, the gap seems like near to non-existent. Not saying there is none at all, there is a gap, but it is getting smaller.

So, the real question here is, does women who works in private sector in Malaysia earned less than their male counterpart? I mean, is there any disparity in wages between male and female?

Hello.

I just want to know, is there such thing as free call for TM fixed line to TM fixed line? When the TM people came and installed my streamyx, he told us that the call from a fixed line to a fixed line is free.
However, my mum occasionally used the fixed line to call my aunts which usually ranged between 20-60 mins and TM charged around RM8-20 respectively. (She made call to 06-xx and 03--xx)

So back to my question again, is there any free call for TM fixed line users? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I don't know where I should post this so i find this place the most suitable.

I am interested to buy an Iphone 4s from my cousin's friend. The thing is, the device was bought by him during her study year in Korea. So there is no warranty in Malaysia.
The price is RM1700.
