Date of transaction: 27 Apr 2012

Details of the complaint :

1. 27 Apr: Paid for the item.

2. 27 Apr: Seller confirmed received payment. Gave a tracking number. Promised to post by 27 or 28 Apr.

3. 03 May: PM seller, complaint no parcel received. tracking number gave "Record Not found" on Pos Laju website.

4. 04 May: Seller replied say she on vacation and check with her sis. Promised to get back to me by Monday (7 May).

5. 07 May: No news, so I PM seller. No reply.

6. 09 May: No news, so I PM seller. No reply.

7. 13 May: No news, so I PM seller. No reply. Told seller I am going to open a dispute.

8. 14 May: Found her HP number online. Sent an SMS. No reply after 30 minutes.

9. 15 May: Seller sms me and told her reason. I gave her my bank acc. number for the refund. Will update once the money goes in.

I can provide more details on the transaction and PM if that needed to support my facts.

10. 16 May: Seller refunded the money. I accept her explanation. Case close. Thank you everyone.

Is considering the following 2 Dell V13 models, any idea which one is more worth it?

Basically different is one with Win7 HB + 2GB and the other is Linux + 4GB.

RAM is important here as there is only ONE (1) RAM slot in Dell V13, so once 2 GB is in then if want to upgrade to 4GB will have to take the 2GB out.

Or any other suggestion for brand/model with similar spec?

Radio Out After Few Minutes

Hi, have some problem with my Sony CD Player. The problem starts since last month:

1. Start car, on radio, radio works for few minutes then no sound. Display/power all ok just no sound.

2. After that, off/on back the player same problem. In Radio mode, up the volume to max will hear some static sound.

3. Stop engine, start engine back no use, radio will still not work until next day (cold start engine).

5. Play CD no problem at all (even after radio got no sound).

6. Accessory shop say "IC spoilt", need ~RM100 like that.. I thought its expensive so just stick to CD now.

Please advice all sifu.. Thank you. Change/Fix?
