Brief introduction of Quintiq : Quintiq is an MNC based in the Netherlands. Quintiq produces supply chain planning software, this software is used to help companies manage and utilize their resources more efficiently. In the past few year Quintiq has expanded very rapidly and is seeking talented people to join them.

Quintiq has manage to attract plenty of big name customer, this includes DHL, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, Alcoa, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Outokumpu and many more.

Role: Quintiq Specialist ( Consultant ) - Job scope is to join the team to develop a Quintiq application using the in house IDE and programming language, QUIL. Most of the time would be spent on modelling a solution and then only coding it. Training and guidance would be provided by Quintiq.
There are also vacancies for Software Tester.

Remuneration: Depending on experience in the field of object oriented programming, For Fresh grad RM3600. Quintiq pay their staff at the 75percentile. In Simple Term this is means that it pays higher than 75 company out of 100 based on experience and position. Requirements:
Preferably CGPA of 3.2 and above or WAM of 75% and above for fresh grad.
Those who have working experience are also welcome, you will be reviewed based on your previous jobs.
For management job, experience is the most important criteria.
To be successfully hired by Quintiq for the QS position you would need to complete an MCQ test and a technical test to see if you would be suitable for the job.

You must be familiar with Object Oriented Programming such as Java, C++, etc.. it doesn't matter because QUIL is similar to it just more powerful and high level, thus you don't need to deal with low level language such as SQL.
