Tech, Big 4 or MBB company?

Currently seeking out for new job opportunity and interviewed a few companies that gave pretty positive feedbacks. However I am unable to be able to decide on which company for my next career.

PWC - have received verbal offer. Role wise is lower than what I initially applied for (they quoted that I may not be ready for the higher role applied) and salary increase from current is only about 6% which they are compensating with additional 1 month sign-on bonus with 1 year bond. I believe I’m hitting the salary ceiling here. As one of the Big 4 I do expect higher workload but I always had the impression that PWC is more structured and less hectic among them.

BCG - passed first interview and pretty positive experience. Interviewer had set the 2nd interview for next week. Curious about the company structure and benefit as there’s minimal input in Glassdoor.

Nokia - concluded interview and awaiting for hiring decision. I understand the culture there can be more laid back as they emphasize a lot on work life balance. Out of the 3, I think the work stress may be the least but career progression may be more flat

Any input (experience, benefit, work culture, salary increment, pay etc) are much appreciated in advance! Which company would you choose?

Filing tribunal to TTPM without receipt

Story goes like this, my friend helped me purchased face product from GPO and after 3 months only I open the product only to realize the product consistency changed. However, my friend no longer have the receipt.

Anyone had filed tribunal on product quality but without proof of purchase (I.e receipt)? How did it went for you?

As this would be my first time to raise tribunal on TTPM, I have receive email stated my case has been filed and I had sent the necessary docs to the company via registered mail with Acknowledgement Receipt (AR). Do I need to go to Commissioner of Oath to get signature on Borang 13 or do I go only when I receive the AR back from Pos Malaysia?

Refinance a house that is under construction

I have bought a property under staff loan and planning to maybe jump to another company.

Just wondering if banks would allow me to refinance / take loan with them for a property that’s still under construction?
What else should I take into consideration as well prior refinancing?

- Bought hair styler worth RM 1380 from Carousell. Seller claim she got it as gift, Malaysian set and with warranty applied
- Seller use DHL COD service to ship but sender address stated at HK. Anyway, I pay post man and open shipment and was fine
- Seller account got suspended on Carousell
- Seller contact me on Whatsapp ask if I receive item. Number from SG
- Few days later, other Carousell member ask me for seller contact, claim they got counterfeit from seller
- I realize I also receive counterfeit
- I contact seller, say will refund but start to ignore my message.
- Contact DHL customer service to file dispute and to stop the payment from remitting to seller but she claim payment has been remitted and they "can't do anything" eventhough seller has a merchant account with them. I mentioned that the seller have already shipped out counterfeit goods which is in their list of prohibited item and they may continue using their service to distribute counterfeits but still they say they can't do anything, not even filing a dispute for investigation.

Just want to ask if it sound logical to file complaint to KPDNKK against DHL? Or does it seem like my fault for being gullible and fell for online scam?

TLDR;

- buy item from Carousell
- seller have e-commerce account with DHL and used DHL COD service to deliver. Paid RM 1380 to DHL to receive package
- found out is counterfeit, contact seller but went MIA so call DHL to stop them from remitting payment to seller
- CS say cannot do anything as they're just courier and the payment remitted to seller
- I plan to report to KPDNKK against DHL, logical?

USPS shipment delay

Anyone knows how to email USPS directly without using their site? The site seems to be only able to contact them if you’re a residence in US. Help

Hello guys, I am a fresh graduate but had been officially working for 7 months now with a starting salary of 2.6k (not inclusive of internship)

Currently I am being offered by a bank but with salary of 2.8k only (as I know this is the salary offered to fresh graduates with 0 experience)
I had been trying to negotiate on the salary to 3k before but they are pretty firm with 2.8k offer

Question is, should I nego with them for my salary since I'm also holding another offer of 3k (not bank, medium sized company which I don't quite favor).

Hope you guys could provide some input, thanks!
