After I formatted my desktop and installed windows Vista, then my sound driver has problem, cant detect my speaker.

And i let it install driver itself via after i deleted it also can't fix.

And I have downloaded realtek driver installation for it also cant fix.

Please help.

CPU overheat problem

Lately, I have changed my normal intel cooler for cpu to Cooler master hyper 101 cooler.

Then after a week, then each time i on my desktop, it shows OVERHEATING cpu, as me press F1 to continue.

Why is that a problem? Is it too much thermal paste i put on the cpu causes this? I put all the paste provided from the cooler package.

Please help

The choices are Nissin Di622 or Di866.

How is Di866 better than Di622? (Besides the secondary flash from the Di866)

And also what is new on the Di622 MK II?

Laptop shuts down itself

Whenever I play game with this 2-year old Asus X50GL laptop. Or I run some heavy tasks like converting video formats.

It will shut down itself.

Or sometimes it will show blue screen like showing collecting memory dumps.

Or it stuck sometimes and requires me to restart manually using power button.

Can I know what is the problem occurring with my laptop? RAM problem or over heat problem?

What are things i need to concern before buying a Nokia phone in Sg. wang or plaza lowyat, because there are too many shops out there. And I am afraid to get a bad deal or defective phone or grey unit from there.

Sometimes , they give the Nokia handbook in other language than english, is that a grey unit phone?

I am looking for Nokia E5, in AP set.

problem in setting up multiple display

I wanted to set up another display on my LCD TV from my laptop, but it won't allow me to do so.

I have tried to turned on the multiple display function from the keyboard shortcut.

I have tried to turn on the "Connect external display" in the Windows Mobility Center.

I have tried to check in the display settings from the personalization.

I am using Vista 32-bit.

I am using the VGA cable.

Please help and thank you in advance.

Scrolling problem

I just realized my scrolling buttons like" home, end, pg down and pg up" are not working.

When I click any of them, the page just go to the bottom, all of them are like" END" button now.

Suddenly, I just realized, my 2.1 Sonic Gear Speaker the wire from one of the Satellite to the SubWoofer has been cut off itself, not sure I accidently pulled it or what. What should I do now to fix it?

The part cut off is in the middle of the wire.

I would like to ask something about DSLR.

I am considering on getting Canon 1000D because it's entry level DSLR. And I am in tight budget.

I would like to know something about DSLR.

If I have Canon DSLR, lens and other equipment must be Canon too?

Where should I buy to get the best deal? And worth of money.

For the starter kit provided by Canon 1000D, what is its lens? What can the lens do?

Without lens, can I play with manual focus or like adjusting the aperture setting?

How much roughly a lens cost? Cheapest though.

What else other equipment I can add into the DSLR? Flashgun?

Laptop's slowing down.

Since yesterday I played cafe world in facebook with firefox, it runs the adobe player.

then other tabs of windows of Mozilla Firefox becomes very slow.

Before this, it was not like this.

This has became very unusual.

I guess this might be related to a thumb drive i inserted few days ago which contains virus or spywares.

The thumb drive was inserted to USB port, then my laptop immediately slow down and avira told me there was a virus and i quickly removed it.

How to resolve the virus problem if it is still in my laptop?

Anyone watches Peter Chao?
