Hi, try to modify one of the domain, but the modify button is missing. Any alternative to update DNS?

If we refer to the guide from both exabytes and ipserverone, it does have a section to update DNS.

I visit this site, the company has purchase all locale domain and redirect to main site. They categories country content to en-my, en-au, en-uk. My question:

1. the content for all country is more or less the same, it is consider duplicate content?

2. Is centralize content to 1 domain good? Or make it something like http://www.shell.com.my/, all local site have individual content and local TLD.
