E-Commerce POS System

Hello everyone,

Currently, I am on a lookout for such a system to be integrated with my on-coming online business.

I am reviewing some of the available options but hopefully to get some in sights from the rest that may have had experiencing with these sorts of system.

In general, here is the scenario.

1.) I have an e-commerce platform that will support membership registration.
2.) I have a special 'feature' that will be specifically available for registered members only.
3.) A physical card with tracking/code system will be provided.
4.) The system that will be able to record membership purchase transaction/database/ and of course be able to perform the custom privilege that I will be providing for my members by me just keying in the code of members.

5.) Other than that, the system itself will also be able to track none-members purchase transaction as well.

Would be best that the whole entity can provide e-commerce website development as well.

I hope the explanation is not too vague to understand.

Self-Host Wordpress Blog Service

Currently, I have a web hosting contract that I pay every month without fully utilizing it.
Generally, up till now, I have never decided to dis-continue my web-hosting contract because I believe some-way-or-another, I will able to find use to it ie. host images/domain name etc.

Therefore, with so much web-hosting space available, I have decided to come up with a Self-Host Wordpress service for just RM10/month.

Generally, this is for individuals that are interested to have their own unique Wordpress domain name/blog without the trouble of having to sign up any web-hosting service and going through the setups.

Of course, they get to have full control of their blog now that it is self-hosted
and also,
speaking about privacy, my intention is just to host and users are able to amend their Wordpress password later on in their own respective Wordpress account.
Therefore, if you are worried I would infringe your blog, you can be assured that I won't be able to access it in anyhow once you have changed your password.

My main intention is actually just to somehow utilize the available host space that I have yet to do anything much about it.

What do you guys think about it?

Advise Needed On Marketing Strategy

In advance, thank you all for sharing your insights.
I am learning every aspect it takes to drive a successful marketing plan.
I hope to gain valuable information/thoughts/experience to whoever that has had the experience .

In very general terms:-

Lets just say, that in hand, you hold a very exclusive/wonderful 'product'.

You are so ever ready to share what you know about but given this scenario:-
- You don't have much 'network/connection' to begin with.
- People are not aware of such a new 'product' in the market and there will be cases that the 'public' may not accept what you have. ( but you are willing to give it a try anyway ).

What are the options to take to kick start?

Aside from beginning with family members/close friends, what would your marketing strategies be to share your 'products' public-ally/potential strangers?

door-to-door?
social medias?
newspapers ad?
