2 Fiber connections(ISPs) on a single property

Hey guys, wondering if anyone here has had experience with having TWO fiber internet services applied on a single line/landed property?

Services in mind would be Unifi + Maxis Fiber.

I vaguely remember someone saying its possible (rivenzp or someone with the same name?), and the modem is ISP neutral(which makes sense in an odd way I guess).

Can anyone give input or their experience on how to proceed?
