Calling Blizzard customer support

Anyone tried to call blizzard support recently? The Malaysian numbers, no one picked up the phone. Is there an email I can send to? I'm just trying to unlock my Battle.Net account. Can't even reset password because the form require my name, which it claims doesn't match my email. Anyone know any other way to reset password?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Tonight
Problem frequency: constant
Problem description: My wireless router's signal suddenly became very weak just now. Was streaming movie and then suddenly limited connectivity. Restarting notebook no difference. LAN was fine. I brought my notebook downstairs and wireless connection can be restored. Tried it with iPad too - will disconnect if upstairs, downstairs no problem. Even after i moved the wireless router upstairs, but outside the room, the notebook is reporting 11mbps only, rather than the usual 54mbps.

Can a wireless router's antenna suddenly become weaker? Could there be interference somehow? Anything I can test or I should just send it for repairs? I think the router should be no more than 1 year old.

Remove or keep game data

I'm wondering about something. When you delete a game, you will get prompted by two dialogs.

The first is to confirm delete the game, which will remove the app icon from your screen.

The second dialog asks whether you want to keep or remove from leaderboard. If i select keep, does it leave any data on my iPad? Or just online only?

I gathered some tips and tricks that many people might not know about unless by accident.

How to move applications or delete applications, most people should know already right?

Keyboard

Insert an apostrophe - swipe up on the comma key.

Insert a double quotation mark - swipe up on the period key.

Insert an ellipsis - hold down the period key (ellipsis is "...").

Insert an underscore or bullet - hold down the hyphen key.

Insert other currency symbols - hold down the dollar key, then drag to select.

Insert other URL domains - hold down the period key or the ".com" key, then drag to select.

Insert one symbol and go back to ABC keyboard - hold down the "123" button, drag to the symbol you want, then release.

Insert an accented letter - hold down the letter that requires the accent, then drag to select.

End of sentence - double tap the space bar to get a period and a space.

Navigation

Scroll to top - tap the status bar (the one with the time); does not work for all apps.

Text

Select a word - double tap the word.

Select a whole paragraph - tap the paragraph four times.

Sound

Quick mute - press and hold the volume down button for two seconds.

Applications

Create application folder - hold down an application until it wiggles, then drag it onto another application; you can name the folder

Close running applications - double-click home button, hold down the application you want to close, tap the minus icon.

I only know of two small tablets - Samsung Galaxy Tab and HTC Flyer.

The Tab is quite old, and it's most likely not going to see Honeycomb, with the new Samsung tablets coming soon.
The Flyer is way too expensive for the hardware, plus the fact that I'm sure I don't want that pen.

The Xoom, Iconia, and Transformer are all too big (all around ipad2 size), so looking for a size between ipad and my phone.

Do you rate applications you install?

Just curious whether anyone actually bother to go back to the AppStore and rate the apps after using them. I find myself doing this whenever there's a ratings system.

But I find the AppStore not very user-friendly to people who actually want to rate and review applications. It's a little tedious to try to go back to rate applications. Sure, there the new "Purchased" tab. But it doesn't remember what page I'm on.

Example: I click on iPhone section, go to page 2, click on an app, rate it, click back, it loads iPad page 1 again.

I wish it shows which app I haven't rated yet.

I don't know if it's just me, but I never my rating or review affect the app page. I click the star, wait for the "Thanks" response, then leave the page. When I reopen that page, my rating is empty and the ratings count didn't increase. And I haven't managed to see my reviews appear yet. I wonder whether my rating is even counted.

No wonder most apps on AppStore don't have ratings, and no wonder only a very few apps even have more than a hundred ratings. Compare this to Android Market's hundreds and thousands of ratings for many apps.

Road Tax Sticker

Hi all, I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether it's possible to buy a new road tax sticker (just the sticker) as a replacement. My car agent already stuck the road tax to the windscreen of my new Myvi, but now I want to tint. I suppose it's impossible to just peel it off and hope it can stick back after tinting, so I was wondering if those stickers can actually be bought as replacements if I show that I want to tear off the current one.

Or do you guys think I should just ask the tint shop to cut a small rectangle around the sticker?

I need some advice on how to proceed. I've read about the throttling that TMnet does but I've also read that it only affects P2P packets. The problem I'm having is that my http downloads (via browser) seems to never go faster than 4 or 5 KB/s..... it's been like that ever since the account was activated some weeks ago. Download from several different file hosting services, email attachments, youtube, metacafe, online game patching, etc. Any form of download done from the browser or other clients, seems to always result in less than 5KB per second. And funny thing is, my torrent downloads can still sometimes go up to 20-40 depending on seeders and trackers... strange.

Any hardware setting to check? software? I was given a weird looking modem (with router function) made by Riger Coporation. I know they give Aztech sometimes, but I got the Riger one... feels like something that's low in quality. Anyone got that blue modem as well? I'm considering getting my own modem, but I'd rather than spend that extra bit of money.

To Cyberjaya: Download about 490kbps. Upload about 285kbps

That's the best... connection to Kelana Jaya test mostly fails, and brickfields not so good...

Does the modem have anything to do with this? The Riger modem they gave looks very cheap and low quality....

Problem with my windows min/max button

Hi all,

I downloaded this VS: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/902324/ and I loved it. I'm using it on my home desktop with no problems.

However, when I did the same thing with my work laptop, everything is exactly the same except the min/max and close buttons... it's still using large ugly windows default buttons.

Any ideas why it worked fine for my desktop but not the laptop? Also, any way I can locate the icon files from the vs and manually change it?
