Does most MNCs leave away?

In year 2012 & 2013, the Banks loan approval policy's restricted affect, Malaysia and worldwide's economic slowdown phenomenon nowdays, it would seriously affect the MNCs leave away from our country?

Does anyone give some opinion for this?

Should i be a property agent?

i currently work as a property secretary in an IT company. So confusing...., right?

Well, my responsibility is just help my boss to do all the arrangement for his invested properties within Klang Valley such like Rent/Lease, re-sell and observe the new property in the market that my boss interested.

I got the basic salary monthly and NO commission for all the arrangement above like what are the Property Agents are doing in the market.

My working hour is from Mon - Fri, 10am - 6pm. Im very free during weekend.

Think twice, I really need improvement for myself using the free time after work or even during weekend

Should I go to join Real Estate as a part time property agent? Since i got the basic knowledge in property market and want to earn more money!

Btw, does anyone know which real estate company needed part time property agent and provided training in PJ area?
