WTA Need advice on car maintenance/repair

Guys,

need some advise from all sifu here, want to repair/replace some parts in my car 2000 wira, previously owned by my father, along the year, i see he never replace any major parts for the car likes engine part, absorber, brake disc, pad... yet it still in good condition, always replace oil engine, its filter, coolant, all that...

Here my curiosity, where do I need to start 1st...planning to replace the absorber, it seems.. but hmm I really dont know where to start...need your all advice on this..

just want to share with you guys...

last sunday, some body call my mother to tell her number win a lucky draw for this month....she is using hotlink..than he talk blah...blah...and suddenly asked my mother to go to atm to check the balance. they even asked what is the usage for that account..so, my mum not really exposed to this kind of offer, and she wake up me to answer the caller....and the caller explain again, where is he come from....lol..even talk like indonesia...i tnya, the he said from sabah la...lol... then, i said to him , why are using private number to call, and if u really want to give money, why u want her to check the account.....SUNGGUH MALU, and i tell him to GTFO...

is this scam really going, they think people will fall for them ke... i cannot brain la..

LEASEHOLD APARTMENT? OK OR NOT

Hi,

Just wanna ask if this leasehold apartment still got 75 year tenure...is it good or not..
Planned to stay there for next 10 year then rent it..
I'm 25, and supposed can get 35 years loan...the price around 150k, monthly can get 700+, it has 3 bedroom +2 bathroom..

sorry noob about this...
