Hi,

I'm going to get my house key next week and I just got first quote for renovation.

Basically i want to extend the back area for wet kitchen and washing area (22ft x 8ft).
Wet kitchen extension (22ft x 8ft) total RM35078
1) labour to construct beam structure upper and lower 76ft -RM 2290
2) labor to construct column structure 12ft (h) x 2 unit - RM2200
3) labor to wall extension build 38ft(w) x 10ft(h) - RM8208
4) labor to construct concrete roof structure 20ft(w) x 10ft(l) including water proofing - RM9800
5) plaster ceiling work 22ft(w) x 10ft(l) - RM650
6) labor to mosaic floor tiles install 22ft(w) x 8ft(l) - RM2120
7) labor to mosaic wall tiles install 49ft(w) x10ft(h) - RM4400
8) plumbing work for concrete roof & concrete table top - RM600
9) labor to construct concrete table top L shape 12ft RM2120
10)supply and install aluminum frame window 4ft(w) x 3ft(h) x2 -RM800, 3ft (w) x 3ft(h)x1 - RM300
11)supply and install aluminum sliding door between wet kitchen and washing area 4ft(w) x 7ft (h) - RM1200
12) supply and install door frame -RM400

Dry kitchen cabinet total RM4480 (I'll be using existing concrete table top and existing tiles on the table top
1) supply and install plywood kitchen cabinet with aluminum door 9ft(w) x29"(h)-RM2160
2) supply and install aluminum stove door 13ft (w) - RM2320

Is this price reasonable?
