Symptoms : There is no power indicator (the red light), suspect the power plug but no other unit to test it out.

Unifi 30Mbps - Upload and Download Speed

Guys, good morning, I just get call from TM Unifi on offerring upgrade my current Unifi VIP10 to Unifi 30.

After some simple research, I found that the major different is on the upload speed - VIP package offerring same upload and download speed, whereas Unifi30 and Unifi50 offerring much lower upload speed.

Can onyone please clarify on
- in what kind of condition you need same upload and download speed?
- what is the pro and cons of this package compare to old VIP package?

Please exclude those Hypp TV and other add on, we are focusing on the internet speed.

Myself is P2P, youtube from smart TV, casual online game, browsing, some pics \ file upload. Is that a wise choice to switch \ upgrade to Unifi 30?

Need your comment on this, i am going to apply a fixed line for my new house, located at Setapak. There are 2 service provider which approaching me on their service
- TM Unifi
- Maxis Fiber Internet

Lets put some thought in term of
- Stability - will it keep disconnect (DC)
- Reliability - referring to after sales support, case resolution, etc.
- Download / Upload speed - will it throttled in certain period, especially for P2P?
- Quota - any rumors that they will start to put on the quota by when?
- Etc.

Please comment.
