Tenancy Agreement for Room Rental Only

Hi all,
As a landlord, if renting out room only, is it necessary to have a stamping tenancy agreement?

Does anyone here (owner/landlord) prefer renting out individual room only instead of rent the whole unit?
I think this can cut down the chances of having a bad tenant because the landlord still have a key to enter the property.
Any opinion on this?

Just bought iPod touch 5G but can't find a casing for it. Looking around phone kiosk, phone accessories also don't have.
May someone tell me where can I get one?
