Building New Rig from 1K-1.5K

I would like to build a new rig with budget around 1K to 1.5K. I do not need monitor,speaker or even keyboard mouse. I prefer Nvidia. Please help me out with this.

Monitor: Samsung 19 inch

Addition: Extra DDR 3 4GB ram (Kingston) and Extra DDR 2 2GB ram (Corsair and Kingston)

Hi,

I have very old fashion computer that my dad left to me. I would like to upgrade it and save some money for other stuff.
So i would like to upgrade some of the rig in it. Please provide me some suggestion. My budget is around RM1000 but not more than RM1200

My specs is

OS: Window 7 32 bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 E8400 @ 3.00GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP43-DS3L
Ram: 4 GB (DDR2 800MHz )
Graphic Card: Asus Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT ( 512 MB)
