Hi Guys,

Just wanna ask hyundai car or any other korean car owner where do they service their car after warranty is over .

I have hyundai tucson 1.6T warranty just over and i would like to service outside. Currently normal service cost in hyundai service center RM450-500.

Any recommendation , klang , shah alam subang areas>?

Seeking for advice - Buy house which area?

Hey guys,

I have been doing some research and looking around - I would like to buy a sub-sale / New launch.

Condition :

1. Price range 700k - 900K
2. Looking for Landed 0r changing my mind about a condo ( i have kids and prefer landed)
3. Other half is working in Klang - so it must be that far away 30 mins tops.
4. Well looking for higher ground so hopefully, in the future, it won't be affected by great floods.

Currently on my list are Alam Impian and Setia alam.

Hopefully can get some insight from you guys in this forum.

ROUTERS LAN PORTS CAPPED AT 100Mbps

Hey guys i got this unique issue:

Running on unifibiz 800mbps

1. I got a new ax73 tp link to replace old router.

2. This ax73 is connected :
- 16 port gigabit switch
- 4 + 2 poe gigabit switch
- 5 port gigabit switch

All above is connected to lan port 1 2 3.

When i first tested ax73 connected to internet (connected via lan cat6 cable) on my network setting i could pair 1.0gb connection.everything was n perfect.

After i connected all those switches, now all my lan ports from is 100mbps no more 1.0gb/1000mbps

Things i did to double check :
1. Change cat 6 cables
2. Direct connect to lanport without switches connected to ax73 router.
3. Factory reset and reconfigured to connected to Internet.
4. Factory reset and skip all configuration just to check connection via lan cable still get 100mbps only (all ports on ax73).
5. Set evrything is setting laptop n router to 1000mbps full duplex.

All failed to get same results as first test.

Ok now anyone of you have encountered this. I think somehow something burnt of and capped my ax73 router lan port to 100mb.

Please id anyone got any solution or what did i do wrong.

I wanna get a new tv eventho my old LG LA4700 is working perfectly using since 2013. Im currently using amazon fire cube with the tv.

Looking for a 4k tv sound should ok(not planning to use sound bar) and really dont care about operating system im using with firecube.

Is there anything else i should look for in a good tv other than below:

Features
1. Dolby atmos
2.dolby vision
3. eARC
4. 4k upscale capability
5.refresh rate 120
6. Hdr capability
7. Hdmi ports

And lastly my budget 5k below.

Hi guys,

I bought an sub sale house 7 years ago... House is very old meaning piping and all. I didnt do any major reno.

So now after more ppl showing (family growing) water pressure from my tap is very low. So i check my incoming is only 18 psi when all tap is turned off.

I was looking at grundfos scala 2 but saw review after 2 years confirm will have issues.

Why i choose this pump because you can adjust the speed.

- im looking for something between 20 to 30 psi adjustable pump.

Afraid anything higher my old pipes might give way.

Any suggestion or recommendation on variable speed pump and can at least last for 5 years and low noise of course.

Hi Guys,

I would like share a very basic video on how to do to a fishless cycle for your aquarium so that you can start keeping fishes.

Many of us would just buy fish and in 1 day we would fill up water in the aquarium and place the fish inside and after few days the fishes die.

The fishes die due to toxic produced by the fishes them self called ammonia . In order to prevent this from happening we must make sure our tanks goes thru a nitrogen cycle.
