Hi all Sifus

I bought a house which include a free renovation package.
SPA signed 3 months ago, and loan already draw down early of this month, but I cannot get the key yet because the renovation work is not done yet.

In this situation, do I have the right to claim late interest from the developer?
If so, how do i proceed? What document required?

My friend are going to incorporate a sdn bhd. Any idea naming the company?

Any advantage if create it using Bahasa instead of English word? For example using wording like Kasturi, Mutiara, Saujana, Rampai, Kayangan.

WTA Fast speed scanner

I have tons of receipt to scan, it's very tedious scan it all as it takes very long time.

Currently i have a HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135, the speed is very slow and takes about 15 sec to scan 1 receipt.

Anyone know what scanner has fast scan speed? price RM500 +-
