Question about computer temperature

Whenever I'm running a game:
My computer temperature increases from about 45 to 60-75.
And I see the temperature from speedfan software.

I want to ask whether 60-75 degrees is hot?

btw these are my information:
-I'm using desktop
-I mean by CPU/GPU and i check the temperature using speedfan program
-GPU: GTX560
-CPU: i7 2320

And I want to know what temperature is counted hot/overheated. Thanks btw for any helps!

I am going to buy a new desktop soon, and these are the specs of the computer that I am going to buy:

-Intel Core i5 2320 (3.00G)
-4GB DDR3 1600 Mhz RAM
-Intel 661M Chipset
-500GB 7200 RPM SATA 2.0
-nVidia GTX 560 OC 1GB

So yeah, I just want to ask:
1.Are my computer specs good enough to be a gaming computer?
2.If I play these games (Battlefield 3, Skyrim, Modern Warfare 3 etc.) how many FPS can they go at high quality?

I hope someone help me and answer my questions, it will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
