I juz bought a new Nokia Lumia 820 2 days ago but so unlucky that i dropped it on floor and the screen is cracked which caused the screen damaged at the lower side(The back, home and bing search area).

So I wonder can I claim the warranty from Lumia? My phone is Avaxx set bought from 1gadget .

If cant claim warranty, how much it cost usually to replace the screen?

I am still considering on buying a HTC Mozart or HTC Radar.
If WP7 can be upgraded to 7.5 then sure my decision will be Mozart.But actually except for the windows,what is the advantages that radar over mozart?Any suggestion?
