WTS Movie Prop Replica Helmets

Up for sale are fan made movie replica helmets from my collection.

First is a fiberglass replica of the Rocketeer helmet. This is made by CustomCreations UK and was painted and weathered to look like aged brass. Comes with smoke tinted lenses and leather chinstrap. This is truly a beautiful helmet that doesn't come up for sale often. Price is RM1,200.

Next is a fiberglass replica of the Iron Man Mark III helmet from the first Iron Man movie. It is made by Masked Rider from The RPF and is painted with automotive paints for a superb realistic finish. The internals are lined and the helmet has a separate faceplate and rear neck piece all attached by strong magnets. The eyes are fully lit up. Price is RM1,000.

Finally is the helmet worn by Sebastian Shaw and then subsequently by Magneto in X-Men: First Class. This is made from resin by Pannaus Props of Italy and then painted with automotive paints. There are some minor imperfections with the paintjob but it doesn't affect the beautiful look of the helmet. Comes with the front tusks in case you want to make it into the full Magneto helmet. Price is RM800.

These items have been in my personal collection for years and have been kept in a glass display cabinet in a smoke and pet free environment. I'm letting them go as I am in the process of thinning my collection.

WTS Official Licensed WWE Wrestling Belt Replicas

I have officially licensed WWF and WWE full sized wrestling belt replicas for sale.

First is this officially licensed exact replica of the WWE Big Gold belt. Plates are made from gold plated stainless steel and zinc alloy. Belt strap is made from simulated leather. Belt has snap fasteners like the real deal and is heavy. Comes with the TRIPLE H nameplate with accurate font. Asking for RM1,600.

Next is this officially licensed exact replica of the WWF (not WWE) Attitude Era Championship belt. Plates are made from gold plated stainless steel and zinc alloy. Belt strap is made from simulated leather. Belt has snap fasteners like the real deal and is heavy. This belt is ULTRA RARE because it has the more accurate WWF branding, not the newer WWE ones. Comes with its own carry case. Asking for RM2,000.

These items have been in my personal collection for years and have been kept in a glass display cabinet in a smoke and pet free environment. I'm letting them go as I am in the process of thinning my collection.

I've been looking at a few LCD TVs recently, most notably the Samsung Bordeaux Plus line, Sony's V300 series and the LG 42LC7R. I'm actually more torn between the Sony and the LG as both of them have 1080p compatibility (scaled down to fit the 1366x768 resolution of course) whereas the Samsung lacks 1080p compatibility. Looking at the specs between the Sony and the LG, the latter has a higher contrast ratio. BUt apart from a skimpy CNet Asia review, I can't seem to find any other review for this product. Any owner of the LG 42LC7R care to give their opinions on this set? Thanks.

Question about HD-Ready LCDs

Hi guys, noob question: I've heard of some HD-Ready LCD TVs with native resolution of 1366 x 768 that are 1080p compatible , most notably LG 42LC7R and the Sony Bravia V300 series. I know this means that they can accept 1080p signals. Can someone describe exactly what this entails? Does it mean the TV will display the 1080p signal but downscaled to 720p? Would there be a difference between a 1080p signal and a 720p signal when viewed through such a HD-Ready display? Thanks.

Problem with Xbox 1

Hi, I have a problem with my Xbox 1 of 4 years. For some reason, it would start by itself and the DVD tray pops out and I would have to unplug the power supply to make sure this doesn't happen. I can't seem to load or play any copy games (it runs on an Aladdin Advance modchip). Anyone have this problem and have successfully fixed it? I'm not that handy at repairs so if anyone knows a place I can send it for repairs that would be fantastic. Thanks.
