Fresh graduate income tax

As a fresh graduate, I've started work this year July with annual income more than RM 3,6000. And I got informed by friend says that I do not need to pay for the Income tax for the first year (which is this year 2016). However, I am doubt about it and would like listen sifus advises from here , is it true that I may skip for the first year income tax. What is the rate I will be charged at and anything else I should prepare and concern about the income tax and other stuff as a fresh guy come to the real working life world? Much appreciate for your help and advises in advance

recently, my comp has been slowdown quite a bit, and ONE time i observe my comp itself open my microsoft file and also my desktop shown that " Connected to Printer" which i have no printer at all. Any pro know what is this symptom malware is this? so i could solve it . THANKS

hey, guys i am curious about PTPTN that it's either only loan for Diploma then cant apply for Degree or apply for degree then can't get for Diploma? is it possible loan for both because i can't find degree loan >.<
