Hi everyone,

I'm a first time buyer and currently want to buy my first property. Stumble with a developer called Seri Pajam Development which offer attractive price for their Semi-D at Senawang and the show house is also nice.

The problem is, one of my friend said that they are not a good developer as they dont build a strong foundation for the house and also use ready mix mixture or so from what he told me.

Need help from all sifu whether sifu have experience buying from them.

Can sifu2 help whether they are good or not and should i buy from them as currently i already book 1 of the Semi-D house.
