FYI... I am a frequent traveller to HK , CHN. I can share some of my opinions n view during my overseas trip here...

I see there is a compound growing of +- 50% since 2008 - 2011... but in Chn n HK, now, 2012, they are already facing the beginning of the down trend...

Now what happen in GZ, last 2 week, my business trip to GZ, my China Friend's just invested a duplex condominium at the so-called high end condo... RM1.1m renminbi for 139sq meter, buy 1 free 1! mean buying 139 for 1st floor, free upper floor 139 sq meter !! six room, 6 toilet !
