I have recently place a booking for one of the unit of this condominium. Before I go for the S&P, I would like to seek for your advice on this condo?

I just get to know that Talam is the previous owner of this project until IJM take over it. Thus lot of bank not dare to offer loan for this project. I'm not sure whether this is a rumour but it really make me think twice on the project.

Any profession can advise on this?

Avantgo reinstallation problem

Hi,

I need your help

I'm using O2 XDA II Mini running Windows Mobile 2003

Yesterday I uninstall my Avantgo then try to reinstall back.

Error message prompt:

"Cannot find 'avantgo.WinCE_ARM_300' or one of its components.
Make sure the path and file name are correct and all the required
libraries are available"

I have try to download the installer again then run it. Still cannot

Please help.

Bidirectional VPN Tunnel problem

Need you help here

My Office A and Office B network was connected with creating VPN tunnel by Symantec Firewall 100. The problem is :

I can view/ access all workstation in Office A from Office B
but I fail to view/ access any workstation in Office B from Office A

Any idea

Hi all,

I just subscribe a broadband service (384kb/s) and network was setup in HomePNA (something like this cause I dunno really understand the networking term).

The first thing I try out is installing BT program and try on the download speed. The result is disappointing..average is 2kb/s for each download task.

I try googling for the solution but most of it propose 'port forwarding'. I don't think I'm not able to do that as I don't have router or firewall in my network. Anyone can give some guide in optimize this?

RealOne Player in O2 mini

Hi all,

Just wondering anyone of u encounter the following problem and please advised:

I've recently installed Real One Player v1.1 in my O2 mini and try to play few rm files. the problem is I manage to play about 1 or 2% and the player just stop playing the video (a MTV).

I've tried to play it on my desktop and the video is playing well. One thing I noticed is whenever i played the rm file from my desktop IE will pop up and directed to a URL. Will this cause the problem.

Pls helps TQ.
