Hi all Sifu.....I need your help.

I going to take up a Flexi loan of RM292,350.00 but my parent borrow me RM200k which i will park at the current account to wavie off RM200k interest. But i will be paying them interest every mth.

Loan Tenure : 30Years
Interest Rate : -2.4%

IF my parent never put the RM200k in the current a/c. I will be paying RM1430/monthly to bank.

So My question will be:
1) How much will i be paying to the bank monthly and how is it been calculate.
2) How much interest i will be paying my parent.

I recently reformat my computer and i does not aware that i need to de-autorized my itune 1st. now i reinstalled my itune and it prompt me that i autorized 2 computer with the same account but i tink is normal.

My problem is that i cant sync my new apps to my iphone. but itunes can detect those apps i delete on my iphone. Any one could help me?

- I need a software that can extract the whole words into excel format from a scan document.

Currently i been studying JB property. My purpose is for investment. I have no property on hand now. I park my money at susuk & ASM. I hope property cam aim me more them ASM interest.

Below are two property i interested.

Investment A (Service Apartment, Studio) Fully Furnish

Purchase Price - RM140,000
Rental - RM1000/Mth
ROI - 9% (Which is higher then ASM interest)

I going to take loan from bank.....maybe 85% loan. for maybe 15-20 years. As long as the unit is rent out. i does not have to pay installment.
Is this method safe ?
Does i left out any calculation? Does this investment workable?

Car Settlement (Maybank)

I intend to make full settlement for my car loan. Loan for 84mths, now left 35mths to run. but bank only deduct ard 13.8 mths interest. Is that the practise?

Take up Loan from maybank - RM80,000
Interest - 2.75%
Installment mths - 84mths
No of installment to run - 35mths
Current balance - RM39,121.10
Rebate todate - RM2,534.58

If i going to make full settlement now, i need to take up RM39,121.10 - RM2534.58 =RM36,586.52 to settle.

But how come they only rebate 13mth n not close to 35mths interest? then should i make full settlement or use the money to put at bank for interest?

Does any one experince bad smell from this product?

I use this product quite often. Last mth i purchase at one of JB watson dept. When i open and use, the smell is damm terrible. I throw away the bottle and purchase another bottle from guardian. the smell is alrite as the last time i bought. and this month i bought a new bottle again...its smell terrible again...and today i bought another bottle at gaurdian...the same bad smell

I have email compliant to Neutrogena, Watson, and johnson & Johnson(importer) about the matter i face.....
