Sync iPad to a new laptop without backup

hey guys~ I havent update and sync my iPad for so long... almost a year I guess since I have lost all the backup in my old laptop.. now Im trying to sync it to my new laptop without losing any data such as apps music videos etc...
can this be done?

hi there I wanna transfer my money from maybank account to POSB account using wire transfer can anyone help me because there are few things I dont know

1) how to do the wire transfer?
2)how much is the fee charge to transfer the money I heard maybank and POSB will charge separately is it true?
3) how long does it take for the wire transfer transaction?

I kinda need help here because Im pretty clueless bout this whole thing ;_;
